Do you offer monogramming/embroidery? At this time, we do not offer monogramming/embroidery as an add on option. That is subject to change in the months to come! 
How do I contact you with a customer service question? Please email us with any concerns at greenoakclothing@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as possible. You may also message us through Facebook on our business page. Please give us 1-2 days to respond. Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm CST, excluding holidays.
How should I care for my Green Oak Fine Clothing Items? Each item is different and should be treated as such. Please read the care tags in the garment. When washing your boutique and smocked clothing I suggest turning the garment inside out. Hand wash or wash on delicate cycle with cold water and a gentle washing detergent. Hang to dry. Do not dry your items! Iron or steam your items on a low setting. This will help keep your item looking new and prevent shrinking and fading. If you do not follow these directions please be aware that items may age, shrink, or fade.

*Never wash darks with lights! If you usually use a color catcher in the wash, feel free to do so with our clothing as well. 
How much is shipping? We prefer to ship via priority mail and our shipping prices do reflect this. Priority mail provides insurance as well as a tracking number. We will occasionally offer free shipping flash sales, so check our social media often! 
Do you feature children in their Green Oak Fine Clothing outfits? Yes, we would love to see your photos and feature them on our Facebook or Instagram. Please tag us in your photos of your little one in their Green Oak Fine Clothing! Please make sure you have the rights to share the image before submitting. 
How can I find out about sales you are running? Make sure you are following us on Instagram and Facebook! We also have a VIP Facebook group that we want you to join! (Green Oak Fine Clothing VIP). 
Please note all sales are final. We will accept returns if the product was not described accurately or if there is a defect. All tags and packaging must be intact. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn. We will not accept returns due to fitting. You must contact us via e-mail at greenoakclothing@gmail.com within seven days of receiving your order. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will do our best to make sure you are satisfied.
